Eleanor Tomlinson Joins "Alice In Wonderland".
Eleanor Tomlinson, 16, is in Plymouth shooting her role in Tim Burton's adaptation of Alice In Wonderland, which will feature a mix of live action as well as computer generated images. She is playing Alice's peer, the spiteful Fiona Chataway, who appears at the beginning of the film before Alice falls down the rabbit hole.
Eleanor’s first role was as little Daphne in YTV’s adaptation of Falling which starred Michael Kitchen and Penelope Wilton. Shortly afterwards she was asked to play the young version of Jessica Biel’s character Duchess Sophie Von Teschen in Neil Burger’s film The Illusionist.

Alice In Wonderland Filming At Torpoint
Antony House filming has started and has already been creating a buzz of activity at the historic site. For the coming weeks more than 250 extras, from Plymouth and surrounding areas, will be dressing up and acting in scenes under the expert hand of Tim Burton. The Plymouth Herald visited the set of Alice In Wonderland On Monday to catch a glimpse of tinseltown’s adopted home.
According to the Herald It is believed the Mad Hatters’ tea party is among the scenes being shot in Antony. Mr Depp is rumoured to be playing the part of the Mad Hatter, but it is also rumoured he will be a CGI graphic.

Tim Burton and actor Johnny Depp have become the most lucrative Hollywood movie partnership having grossed $986 million from six films including Edward Scissorhands and most recently Sweeney Todd.
